Mukul's work talks about all the experiences that he has been through. To know him as a friend and see him as an artist at work is a different experience.

Mukul's paintings are very inspiring and remains me of good days, memories, nostalgia, music and times that are firmly imprinted in our heart. Its a gift to be able to visualies that feeling.

Mr. Mukul sarma was a part of the group show titled 'INTROSPECTIVE THOUGHTS' held at our gallery from 6th to 12th August 2011. Most of his works address issues related to politics in life and society. The ink works are especially interesting due to the symbolic representation used in conveyance of the subject. Overall, his works show bold approach towards the subjects he addresses.

Mukul Sarma is a familiar name in the art circle of Assam. He has had exhibitions of his works at various metropolises in India. If art is a reflection of life it is mply evident in his paintings. Though modern to the core there is no ambiguity in his works. His painted objects stand out as metaphors for life’s eloquent statements. They are as simple or complex as you make them out to be.
